Now that the football dust has settled from the weekend, why dont we look at some NHL gambling picks to fill the void? Only four games on the schedule so better make it count, eh lads?
Flyers @ Lightning - Lighting -1.5 +117
The Flyers may be in for a long season. After making the playoffs for the first time since the fake COVID Bubble last season, Philly has failed to built off that momentum through their first 5 games this season. Philly is giving up 4.33 goals a game while only scoring 2.33 a game. I see the Lightning winning with an empty netter at home.

Senators @ Bruins - JJ Peterka over 0.5 points +110
The Bruins are off to a 2-1 start thanks in large part to their biggest offseason acquisition, JJ Peterka. 2 goals in 3 games to start the season, playing alongside David Pastrnak. Look for JJ to continue to rack up the points he will be featured heavily all season 5 on 5 and on the powerplay. Boston lacks offensive depth that JJ should hopefully do a job to fill.

Jets @ Pengins - Penguins -1.5 +144
Pens are off to a hot start , and Winnipeg is still without disgruntled goalie Connor Hellebuyck. Helle requested a trade away from the Jets and is in the midst of a holdout until his wish is granted. Its a team that rely's on goaltending, because goal scoring depth is lacking.
East coast early week game? Jets won't get off the bus tonight.

Sharks @ Stars -Macklin Celebrini 0ver 0.5 goals +134
Just an easy going player prop to round it out. The Sharks youngest ever captain has been held goalless through his first 2 games. That changes tonight in Dallas.

Sharks @ Stars - Macklon
